Gratuity calculation problem for UAE

Hi,

For one of my client i have to show gratuity calculated on current basic. The problem is:

if salary hike is done in july effective from april the gratuity show correct value (Calculated on new basic) from April onwards. But if i check the same for month of march it show gratuity value (Calculated on the Basic that was there in march).

I want that even in march or any previous period the gratuity should show value calculated based on new basic.

Please help me as this is very urgent and show stoper
