An error occurred during Tax Calculation

ISSUE CLARIFICATION

-- Problem Statement:
On 12.0.4

When attempting to save a standard purchase order with foreign currency EUR,
the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
An error occurred during Tax Calculation. Please correct the
problem or contact your System Administrator.
Your transactions have been saved. Tax will be recalculated
when the document is submitted for Approval.

Note that it is working without error for PO in functional currency EGP

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to responsibility name / PUR_ASG_SUIPER_USER
2. Navigation to Purchase orders > Purchase orders
3. enter a standard Purchase order in foreign currency EUR
save to get the above error
can any one helpe me to solve this error

Go to : specific Inv. org. Inventory location

Define in address details Address a windows will popup
Enter address line 1
PO Box.
Country.

The above effor message will disapper.

thanx for replaying me but the information in address details like address line 1-PO Box.-Country allready exist and still error appear ??
