EAM & PLANT MAINTENANCE

hi all,
can anyone help me out is EAM and PLANT MANITENACE part of ORACLE MANUFACTURING if not than under which section these come. i have just started exploring these two modules.
can any one refer me any doc to clear my basic concepts and functionality of these modules or a student guide will be more appreciated.

EAM is about maintaining assets an organization has. It might be a manufacturing organization, and the machinery used in manufacturing tear and wear, hence the need for maintenance, and that's where EAM plays its part.
