MOAC - Seed Data Program

I wish to know that in which module the below to programs are available

a ) Replicate Seed data
b) Multi-Org Setup Validation Report.

If would be thankfu, if some one could help me out.

Hi,
Please correct me if i am wrong.
I think Replicate Seeded Data program is available in System Administrator responsibility. Navigation: View>Requests: Submit Request : enter "Replicate Seeded Data"

Hi All,
Can you please explain me when we should run the Multi Org Validation Report?
As per my knowledge we should run this at the time of upgrading from 10.7 to 11i version. If it's fresh 11i implementation than we don't require to run the report. Please correct me if i am wrong.

This document doesn't say where to find this program,like sys admn or GL . It says about only run Replicated seed data & Mutli Org Setup validation Report.

Would b clear, If you mention where to run these two program that information is missing in your document. Anyhow thanks for support & doc.
