some help to APIs in R12

Hello,

i'm new at E-Business Suite and its APIs in R12. Therefore i have some questions
about them:

1. Is it it possible to load supplier and sites via API or open interface?
2. Is it it possible to load bank and branches via API or open interface?
3. Is it it possible to load employees via API or open interface?

And finally what are the names of these?
