how to apply patch

Hello friends,

I am working on R12.0.0 and now I switch on RUP4 I done following steps..
1- Down load patch 6435000 for RUP4
2- Down load patch 6510214(prerequisite R12.AD.A.delta.4)
3- Down load patch 6767273 (as per required in readme 6510214)
4- Run the patch(6510214) application assisstant like
perl admsi.pl -patch_top=/home/oracle/patches/6510214
appspass=apps
5-run scripts adgrants.sql

Now, I can't able to understand what i do next step, please any body provide me remaining steps/or if i performed wrong steps the provide helpfull assisstance..

I have been successfully complete apply patches tasks and now my application updated from 12.0.0 to 12.0.4 with hrglober.drv
