Can anyone help me to findout the best process for the following
We are into fitouts, exhibition stands and signage business. currently we are doing manual estimation process which takes hardly an hour. we wanted to have the same process to be incorporated through the system.
1. we don't keep any of the material in the inventory. what ever purchases we, do its for the particular project only. so all the purchases to be directed to the project only.
2. we do outsoucing for some of the projects. its like designing charges, Equipments hire/rentals, transportation charges, storaging the materials.
What ever material and the outprocessing items utilised for the project is our Cost of Sale.
Can you please let us know the best solution.....
