unable to connect server machine

Hi,

Yesterday I installed Oracle 11.5.10.2 on my home pc (Enterprise Linux 4 for Oracle). It was sucessfully installed following the erpstuff document.

I was also able to login from client machine (Windows 2003 server)

But today when i tried to login to the server (Linux machine)
http://vision.mystuff.com from the server itself i got "Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at vision.mystuff.com:8000"

Linux machine IP 192.168.0.1
Client machine IP 192.168.0.2

Yesterday after sucessfully login. I shutdown both client and server machine and today restarted it. And it is not able to connect...

I cant understand what is the issue...and how to fix it
