Upgradation from 11.5.10.2 to R12

Hi
I have installed Oracle 11.5.10.2 (database 9.2.0.6.0)
and now i like to upgrade to R12 on Oracle 10g

I installed Oracle 10g

/u01/visdb/10.2

/u01/visdb/9.2.0

I am bit confused how and what to do next...
(I thought oracle database comes bundled with oracle apps. so cant we just upgrade it from that binaries? i actually downloaded 10g binaries seperatly ...)



Can anyone please mention upgradation steps. I am doing upgradation first time.
