Back2back order is not in supply eligible status

Back2back order is not in supply eligible status

I am creating a back2back order cycle.I have set all the required attributes for B2B item.But when i booked the order it is showing 'awaiting supply' not supply eligible.when i want to progress the order it is giving soem workflow error.the error is APP-ONT-251015.pLZ HELP

Assign the ATO Item workflow in the ONT Line Type assignment.
