<u>Introduction:</u></b>

Our client is a major government backed development company based in Abu Dhabi who are looking to expand their ERP Implementation team with an Oracle Applications Specialist for Oracle E-Business Suite Financial Systems to ensure that all Financials Applications run smoothly, and manage the Applications Support for the Financials Applications in confirmation to the agreed SLA with the business, and work towards Continuous Improvement of the Financial Applications Services. Specific expertise will be required in the following functionalities ? Finance, Procurement/ iProcurement, Project Costing.

<u>Responsibilities:</u></b>

? Managing the Support Requests for the Financials Applications ? Master Key, GP10, Oracle EBS.
a. Review and analyze the Support requests for the Financials Applications
b. Allocate the Support Request to the Appropriate Financial Applications Team Members or the Third Party Vendors for the Resolution of the reported task, incidents and Changes.
c. Coordinate and Meet and the Financial Applications Users to take and Understand the Business Requirements and Suggest the Best Practice from the Applications Perspective.
d. Coordinate with the Support Vendors to explain the Business Requirements and to understand and discuss the Possible Solution to the Business Requirements.
e. To Ensure the Appropriate Change Approval for the Change are in place and follow the Change Management Process while instituting the Changes to the Financial Applications.
f. To plan the Change Implementations properly and ensure the number of emergency changes to the Financial Application are always under control and minimum
? To work as QA Consultant on the Financials Applications Projects.
? Ensure Proper Functional and Technical Documentation is in place for Application Projects and Integration Projects.
? Work closely with the Technical and the Functional Consultants on Application Integrations.
? Coordinate with the Business Intelligence Team to support the Reporting requirements from the Business
? Training and Development of the Financial Applications User on Need and Demand Basis.

<b><u>Requirements:</u></b>

? 4 Years and above, experience in ERP Business Applications Support like Oracle EBS.
? Experience as a Functional Consultant of at least 2 Implementation life Cycles like Oracle EBS.
? Should have good knowledge about the Business Requirements Analysis.
? Good Understanding of the IT Service Management from Business Applications Perspective
? Should be a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in any one or more areas like ? Financials, SCM, and Projects etc.
? Experience in IT Projects.
? Experience in End User Training, and developing the Training Manuals, Process Documentation.
