FRM-40735: ON-INSERT Trigger Raised Unhandled Exce

While creating a location to define the business group.
Got the below given error message

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT Trigger Raised Unhandled Exception ORA-29273

Unable to create any Address.

I saw the solution in one of the thread on this forum as:

''Check the profile option : IRC: Geocode Host

Set the same to null to overcome this error message''.

I have tried setting this profile option at site, responsibility, User etc but have not been successful. the only setting is under site level and it is says

''http://elocation.oracle.com/elocation/lbs''

Pls Gurus, can any one tell me the steps to set the profile option

IRC:GEOCODE TO NULL or any other solution.

Pls can anyone also tell me the steps to update System Profile options using System Administrator responsibility,

Applications Proxy Port 8000
Applications Server-Side Proxy Host And Domain vision.erpstuff.com

Dear Babs,

Do you want the steps to configure (set) a profile option at Site level? or you mean there is a problem with this profile option preventing it from being set at site level?
