ORA-20 when CM running with GSM Enabled=Y

Hi,
When Running the CM with Concurrent:GSM Enabled='Y' all requests remain Pending and the system gives ora-20(maximum number of process exceeds)
After reset Concurrent:GSM Enabled='N' all things become fine and all reqests complete successfully.
any help is highly appreciated

Hi Dear,

can you tell me the result of the below queries:-

show parameters session;
show parameters processes;
select count(*) from v$session;

resources are ok in your machine? like RAM etc.
