Define employee

Hi,
I am using ERP R12.1

I use Enter Person in Purchasing resposibility to define employee. After I save employee:
- I can't find out the employees were created in Enter person form
- In Define Buyers, I can't still find these employee
- In Define User, I see all these employee to add to user.

How can I see the employee created in Enter person form and buyer?
