I just want to set up HRMS & Payroll.
I already setup core HRMS but i am facing problem when i am going to create a Element for my Payroll. The Problem is in Primary classification
i got only "Balance initialization" nothing else.

Dear Razib,
Add Responsibility named "HRMS Localization Seed Data Entry " with ur user and then choose this responsibility and select ur legislation using "Default owing Parameters " form and add your element type in the Primary element classification form. Do provide the Priority and Costing for the basic functionality.

Hopefully this will help you to find ur desired.

Muhammad Khurram Nawaz.

Accordings to your replied i add "HRMS Localization seed data entry".

APP-PER-52803: Your business group does not match your security profile.

Assalam o Alikum to All

Usually this problem occurs when oracle apps install/reinstall (fresh).

Same problem i faced too and very simple steps resolved all. Following are the steps. (I did it for global HR).

1- Install Global HR Patch. (DBA will do it and patch can be found on Oracle support, previously metalink).

2- Run concurrent request name, "International HR Setup" or some thing like that. If it is not available in request group than one can add it through menu form in system administrator.

So all options will be available in payroll.

Waliakam Salam,
Yes Majid is quite right. The international HR setup request should be ran after the installation of HRMS. Because this will fix your legislation if you are using a Global driver. This request will help you in enabling your legislation at your bank, address and element type creation etc.
Thanks
