Customer Interface - Tax at site level

Post by vijayakumar.kasinathan »

Hi All,

The customer interface updates the site tax code in Oracle to INTL (International Instance) only when the Location is a ship-to only.

It should be the same if the Location is Bill-to and Ship-to.This is for USm and VUC. (Domestic Instance).

The tax number is loaded for International Instance on the customer and on the site.

The tax is defined at site level in Customer Install Base therefore should not be loaded at customer level.

When ever I run the customer interface program it will suppose to load the tax at the site level only , but what happens is it will automatically update at the customer level also. It should not load the tax at the customer level.

The tax currently displayed at customer level is incorrect.

Can any one please give me your valuable suggestion why this happens..?

Thanks,
Kasi, Vijayakumar
