Can anyone tell me what is the exact purpose of Allow Dynamic Insert option in Key Flexfields window.

Hi krishna

This option allow you to add the flexfield values on screen without create the value first then use it on the form.

Suppose you have a new account number will be used if this option is not selected then you must add this value in the code combination for that value & use it on the GL screen but if this option is selected you can from GL screen (for example) enter the new account & it'll be added in the code combination form.
