RFQ and PO line Sequqnce

Client is using Req>RFQ->Quote->PO
They wants to maintain seququnce of RFQ and PO '

e.g. RFQ line#1 should remain PO Line #1 and like wise

They are using 'Sourcing Complete Auction' workflow
