Unable to create Legal entity in Vision Instance

Hi,

can any one tell about the legal entity error:

Error

A value has been provided for a non-enabled or non-existent descriptive flexfield segment. (SEGMENT=REGION_1) (VALUE=India)
A value has been provided for a non-enabled or non-existent descriptive flexfield segment. (SEGMENT=REGION_2) (VALUE=Karnataka)
A value has been provided for a non-enabled or non-existent descriptive flexfield segment. (SEGMENT=TOWN_OR_CITY) (VALUE=Bangalore)
