This is my first post over here and I hope I will get a warm welcome
as well.To the point, right now we are copying lines from Sales Orders and creating RMA lines against the SO. Once RMA created, we are using "Receipts"->Customer tab->Enter the Order Number->Find to open and then to Return the line items back to Inventory.
Currently we in a process to automate this process, and would appreciate tips towards APIs to facilitate this job. We developed a custom form, where the end user could enter the order number he/she wants to return (RMA) with return code 'CANCELLATION'. Everything works fine and the RMA lines are having status 'Awaiting Return'
Our next requirement is to, automate the receipt process. Any leads? availability of API's? Sample scripts will be highly appreciated.
