How to add a flexfield in Employee Self Service?

How to add a flexfield in Employee Self Service?

Gents,
I'm trying to add values from People Group FlexField into the Payslip self service page via Personalization(OAF) but it requires an entry called VIEW INSTANCE which i can't find a value for it.
Do anyone have experience regarding this?
