two Purchasing res asigned to distinct B.G

Hi, according to business requirements,we add another business group.My Employee Name defined in two business groups, and i have 2 purchasing responsibilities assigned to my user, each responsibility linked to Distinct business group,when trying to open requisition or purchase order for new purchasing resp which linked to new business group,the following message appears"you are not setup as a worker" SO,i must go to System administrator and choose the employee name in this business group and link it to my username . is there any method to open (Req & PO) in two responsibilities with the same user without each time going to sys admin to change the person or define new user for each business group? thanks
