Hello, we're rolling out Workday HCM to employees in a number of countries.
The basic onboarding works, but we're having trouble with things that are specific to each region, like local compliance forms, approvals, and orientation tasks.
Some areas need more than one level of approval, while others have simpler processes. Putting all of this into one system is taking longer than expected.
Has anyone else had trouble with multi-region onboarding in HCM systems? How do you make sure that things are always the same while still following local rules?
Do you have any tips or official Workday resources that could help make this process go more smoothly?
