If you want to install Oracle Forms 10g on windows 10,11 here are the steps you need to perform,
1. Get Oracle Forms 10g and it will have Disk_1 & Disk_2.

2. Now ideally you should double click setup.exe and installation should start and finish but this is not the case. Oralce forms 10g were compaitible in windows 7 but now you are having windows 10,11. Now you need to change windows to behave like old window XP etc but only for this installation. When you will run setup it will give following failure error.
3. Try to add 6.2 in the oraparam.ini
[Certified Versions]
Windows=5.0,5.1,5.2
,6.2
Solaris=5.8,5.9
Linux=redhat-2.1AS
HPUX=B.11.11
You can set compatibility as shown in the following screen shot,
4. If you are unlucky you might get following error and it is because you are not a local windows OS administrator.
to resolve this get your user in the local administrator group you might need to ask support team to add yourself.
5. Once you will be local administrator then you can run setup and it will be started.
During installation it will prompt you to select Disk 2 stage folder to select and continue.
6. Once installation completed then you need to add connection string,
C:\DevSuiteHome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN\tnsnames.ora
