Hi John,

Create Order----> Book Order---> Go to Shipping and Pick Release the order--->Ship Confirm the order---> run the Workflow Background Process---> Go to AR and Run the Auto Invoice--->Do the receipt -->Run the program AR to GL

Hi Hema,
Thanx a lot for ur reply.

I want to create an autoinvoice not from Ordr Management.But from an external system.
Whether i need to do any set ups at Transaction Source and Transaction Type level.
And also under Set-up-->Autoinvoice,what to define.

I would really appeciate if anyone could clarify my queries.

Hi ,

we have to follow the following steps before running Auto Invoice .

1. Create the sales Order .
2.Book the order.
3.Pick Release
4.Ship Confirm .

Once order is shiped and line status as to close.

and come to AR Responsibility and go to Interface / Auto Invoice .

Give your sales Order no in the Auto Invoice Parameters .

and submit the program.

Once progarm is completed . Open the Transantion window Query the invoice based on Ref No as Sales Order No .

Create a Receipt .

Once receipt process is completed Transfer to GL . ( Interface / General Ledger ).
