Problem with Query_only

Hi,

We want to create a seperate Responsibility for (INQUIERY ) and want to access query_only Permissions to that Responsibilty.

We added some forms(created duplicate form functions) to that Responsibility and given Form Function Parameter as'QUERY_ONLY="YES" .

but problem we are unalbe yo keep set Query_only=YES paramter to form functions,sun functions which are related that form. while comming to TAB pages i mean some (form fucntion) QUERY only is not working.

Hi R E H A N M I R Z A,

We are facing problem with the service Request forms(CSXSRISR)
and contact_center forms(CSCCCCRC.fmb).

Our requirment is we want the Service Request form in QUERY_ONLY mode.
For this in the form(CSXSRISR) added the parameters (QUERY_ONLY="YES")
But only the Header part of the form it is working fine, remaning the functions(TAB) we can add and modify the data.
There are some form fucntions which is assigned to this form,
and some sub fucntions to MENU. it is not allowing us to give parameter (QUERY_ONLY) to the form functions and subfunctions.

When we come to Contact center form its working fine but when we Query it is giving error like 'can't update the record".
