PO Hierachy

Hi,

When a PO is to be forwarded for approval, we click on forward button, the default approval hierechy is defaulted by the approver name is not defaulted, that needs to be slected form the LOV.. what needs to be done for the same....

Did you define any Hierarchy or Did you set the Supervisor in Sub-ordinate Emp assignment form?
And you don't want to change the farward to name is this right?

Hi,

We have created 4 new hierechies.. this is based on position. Three are working fine. Even this is working if select the forward name for the LOV.

But when the hchy name is defaulted the default name is not defaulting.

what is left out in this.
