My suggestion is when ever posting a question, it should be clear in Message level in addition to subject level, i mean to say that in which scenario you are facing this issue whetherin Interview point or Real time. so that it will be possible for to give correct answer. Try to understand.

Sysdate menas where you want to give. Generally, this will be taken care Sys admin. Further as far as Apps concerned in FA , the Date in System control , is one time set up. You can give the date as per requirement of Business.
