Having problems in creating FF

Having problems in creating FF

Hi All,

I am creating some key flexfields but when I see Requests it is showing errors in the view details button

Completion text : Program exited with status -1073741502 Cause: The program terminated, returning status code -1073741502. Action: Check your installation manual for the meaning of this code on this operating system.

I am not using any specific legislation and created a responsibilty regarding Human Resources
