Looking for Arabic speaking HRMS Cons for Dubai

Hi,

I have a large systems integrator and a government organisation looking for an Arabic speaking HRMS consultant. Salaries between 18 - 25k depending on your experience.

The right candidates will have carried out between 2 - 5 full lifecycle implementations of the 11i HR modules and will ideally already be in Dubai, but it's not essential.
