Get account value from Financial options

Is there a way to get GL Liability account values from Financial options and not supplier site ?

Leave the liability account field at supplier site level blank, then system will pick liability account from financials options.

The concept of GL Liability account is that it get the GL Liability account first from supplier site & if the Liability account is blank or not found then it get from supplier form (Header) & the same way it get Liability account from financial option if the supplier GL Liability account are blank.

So like Prathmesh tell you the solution.
