HRMS Payroll balance setup

Hi Freinds,

I are implementing HRMS India legislation and Oracle 11i ( 11.5.10) version.

Could you please know, how to do the setup for balances for each eliment of payroll and leave balnce ?

will appreciate.

if u need for now how much he gain say as basic salary in year
go create balance>elemen(B)
then use say: basic salary ,(earning) , (Pay value ), ADD,

go back
create balance>dimension(B)
