How to restrict the user from acessing the other inventory org. i m only knowing that their is one system profile on which can be use for this

Hi,
You can restrict user by using Oraganisation Access functionality.Let me know for further clarifications.

Yep use Organisation Access controls. The navigation is Setup > Organisations > Organisation Access
