Approval Management - No Approver type found for approval

HI all,

I want to attach an approval group for invoice approval work flow for oracle ap module;

In approver group window of oracle approval management

when I select approver type as HR People--

and when I find for Approver, then no approver found in list of values...

hence I cant create approval group finally I cant test the scenario.


Please help!
