Was just passing thru the previous message where it was seemingly concluded to approach Oracle thru a SR for training material.
I wish to know the implications of raising a SR : SR's gets tracked by management in our company. Is there a cost associated with each SR or a mere justification that needs to be given to the client ? ....or is it that the yearly contract with ORACLE is limited to certain number of SR's .
Though you can raise a single TAR for all the Patches , take care that many patches are for a different language.
besides the password for each patch is different.
