geographical differential pay...fast formula

Hi,

i am working for business requirments (BR) FOR geographical differential pay................
does anyone how what sort questions should i be asking the BPOs....

if anyone has such documents can u post them here.......
ESPECIALLY br and functional documnet for this requiremnt


we actualyy have the fast formula ..calculating this geo differential pay...................but we would like to go one level down where we will divide THE MARKET WHICH IS USED INTO SEVERAL SUB MARKET CALLED STORES................................

- how is PAY calculated Is it a % or fixed rate
- do they have bonus, Overtime or other pay categories
- is there different pay rates for different stores or is it based on position ie, clerk, CEO etc
