2. TITLE : ORACLE HR CONSULTANT.
3. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
3.1 REPORTS TO : IT MANAGER
3.2 RESPONSIBLE FOR : NONE
3.3 LIAISES WITH : Administration Department Staff
Finance Department Staff
IT Department Staff
4. JOB SUMMARY :
Under the direct supervision of IT Manager, Implement and
maintain Oracle HR.
5. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
5.1. Implement Oracle HR / Payroll Modules.
5.2. Review the work/data flow and improve it were ever possible.
5.3. Supervise / Maintain Oracle HR / Payroll Modules.
5.4. Monitor the system log files daily and take necessary actions.
5.5. User training, support and trouble shooting for the Oracle applications.
5.6. Prepare orientation documents / handouts for staff.
5.7. Coordinate with Administration Staff for maximum system utilization.
5.8. Prepare reports as and when management requires.
5.9. Periodic Patch management and up gradation of Oeracle HR Modules
5.10. Plan, Manage and Maintain emergency preparation/disaster recovery/backup procedures.
5.11. Keeping the confidentiality of company data.
5.12. Perform any other IT related task assigned by the IT Manager.
6. EDUCATION / LICENSURE:
6.1 Graduate of Mathematics or Accounts.
6.2 Learned Oracle Applications (HR+Payroll) from Oracle University Authorized Center.
7. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years experience in maintaining Oracle Applications in a reputed company, and preferably with system implementation experience.
8. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of the following will be an advantage:
8.1. RDBMS database Administration.
8.2. Experience in Accounting.
