Payroll Reports Issue in Sun Solaris OS machine

Hi,

We have developed report in Report builder 6i in layout model as following report width is 132 report height is 66 font size is 8 font name is Arial output in Text Format. It out put is shown properly when this report is executed in Report builder. However when the same report is register in Sun Solaris OS machine; it overwrites the font and its size. Even when we tried to change the layout to 198x66, 132x88, etc.; its impact is not reflected in the report registered in Sun Solaris OS. We want to ascertain the real cause of this as this is causing delay in reports acceptance.
