Apps Server Configuration

Hi All,
Can Any one give me the opt apps server configuration for a client using nearly about 100 users from vaious places using VPN.....

your earliest suggestion on this post is highly appreicated.

Hi

If you are talkin about 11i. Then it's already been configured for 100 users what you need to do is just seperate DB Server Tier from other components.

Anyways the good configuration for Apps Server could be consist of these combinations

1- DB Server (Includes Meta Data Repository) on Linux/Unix.

2- Infra Tier+ Middle Tier (Mid Tier JSP can be part of that server)

3- Middle Tier+ Mid Tier JSP (can co-exist with Mid Tier)

If user load is going to be increase, hardware load balancer can be used to cater their need.
