Posting button in GL

Hi All.

While entering journal is GL , posting button is disabled. pls let me know how this can be enabled or disabled.

Hai Sujatha,

I think you are Enabled check Box Budgetary Control In the defining SOB .thats why Post Button is disabled and two buttons (Check Funds,Reserve Funds)Enabled.

Apart from the above, If your responsibility doesn't have "POSTING", then also, POSTING button will be disabled.

if the positing buttoun enabled in the journal entry tab please go for this navigation Joounal->post there you can post the journals

the entered journal might be future period. or check allow posting and budgetting check boxes for segment values

With the above possibilities , Check the any work flow using. If so, Posting option might not be available to you and that option might be with your next position.
