Interface to Base Tables Column mapping

Hi All,

I need the documents about the mapping of column between Interface table to Base Tables( for AP, AR & GL).

Also if anybody could provide the information about the interfaces like
what setups required,what are mandatory validations, which field of interface table is mapped to base tables etc
