Sales Order booking error

Hi,

I am trying to book a Sales Order. I faced the following

1. A Note message pops up " Failed to resolve incompatibility between price lists (Item Number) Duplicate Price List Lines (i.e. equal precedence)"

2. If I say OK and go ahead. It pops up the message "Unit List Price is required on a booked order line."
If I then try to enter a price I receive the error message: "Online discounting is not allowed: Zero or no list price".

Can some one guide me please.

Check the price list on order and change Precedence in Price list of this item.

then book the order

Hi,

There is a problem with the price list. Either some modifiers have been setup which is not allowing, try using different pricelist.

Hi ,
This is a common problem.
The problem might have occured becoz
The price was not setup for that particular item in the price list.
The system does nt allow to update price on order line since the price is not defaulted from price list. update price for the particular item of Order on the price list and retry creating a fresh S.O on that item.
