Oracle database problem

Our Oracle Server database 9i and 6i form was working fine last one year but yesterday due to power failure server was down directly from switch and after that when we start again server and run our application it gives us error .

ORA-01033 Oracle Initialization or shutdown in progress


I use this
sqlplus
/ as sysdba
shutdown abort
startup
exit

when go to startup
Oracle instance startup

Total System Global area ......
Fixed size .....
variable size .....
database buffer ......
redo buffer ......
database mounted
ORA-00333 redo log read error block 8194 count 8192

please help what should i do now?
