Overview

The purpose of this test script is to validate the Order to Cash Flow Based Offering. This script will test the
?Core? functionality of the modules involved.
The recommended sequence for TE.040 testing of the Order to Cash Business Process is:

Choose File, Close Form from the applications menu to close the window.

(Optionally you may click the Open Next Period button to open the periods up to the current period) The period status field will show Open.

Receivables Transactions entry and posting should be allowed to the open accounting period; and not allowed for a future (unopened) period.

10.15 To obtain more detail information regarding ATP, click on the ATP Details button at the bottom of the Availability box. Workbench displays.

10.17 Schedule Sales Order Ship Date ? Order # 1 (Auto Schedule turned on) Scheduling should occur automatically since profile option ?OM: AutoSchedule? is set to ?yes?. Schedule Ship Date on the sales order line should default to the Available Date from the ATP Calculation.
10.18 Click on the Save icon in the top Tool Bar. Sales order line status is Entered.

The following message appears below bottom left portion of Form: ?Transaction Complete?.
10.19 Override Sales Tax Code Click on the Main tab. Navigate to the Tax Code field and verify Tax Code should have defaulted to ?Location? on the Sales Order Line
10.20 Click on the Pricing Tab. Navigate to the Tax Amount field and verify Tax Amount should have been calculated based upon the tax code for the order address.
10.21 Click on the Main tab. Navigate to the Tax Code field and override Exempt
10.22 Click on the Save icon in the top Tool Bar.
10.23 Click on the Pricing Tab. Navigate to the Tax Amount field and verify Tax Amount should now be $0.00.
10.24 Book Sales Order #1 Click on the Book Order button Note displays that the order has been booked. Book Order button is deactivated.
10.25 Click on the OK button In the Order Information Tab, Order status is booked.
10.26 Click on the Line Items tab Sales order line status is Awaiting Shipping.
10.27 Enter Customer Order ? Order #2 Click on the Order Information tab. Click on the New icon in the top Tool Bar (green plus sign). Returned to a cleared Header form
10.28 Navigate to the Customer Name field and input First Union Corporation The following fields will be defaulted by the system: Customer, Customer Number, Ship To Location, Bill To Location, Salesperson, and Currency.

10.42 Schedule Sales Order Ship Date ? Order # 2 (Auto Schedule turned off) Click the right mouse button while on the ordered line item field on the sales order line. From the menu displayed, select Scheduling, then Schedule.

Schedule Ship Date on the sales order line should default to the Available Date from the ATP Calculation.
10.43 Click on the Save icon in the top Tool Bar. Sales order line status is Entered. The following message appears below bottom left portion of Form: ?Transaction Complete?.
10.44 Book Sales Order #2 Click on the Book Order button Note displays that the order has been booked. Book Order button is deactivated.
10.45 Click on the OK button In the Order Information Tab, Order status is booked.
10.46 Click on the Line Items tab Sales order line status is Awaiting Shipping.
10.47 Turn Auto Schedule back on From the Menu Bar, go to Tools and click the check mark on for the Auto Schedule selection. Auto schedule orders will be turned back on.
10.48 Close the Sales Orders form by clicking on the ?X? in the top right corner of the form. Order Management Super User Navigator displays

23.18 Click on the OK button In the Order Information Tab, Order status is booked.

23.72 Mass Change Sales Order Lines Press down the <Control> key. Click on line 2.1 and click on line 3.1. Both line 2.1 and line .31 should be highlighted in blue to indicate that they are multi-selected.
23.73 From the Menu Bar, go to Tools and select Mass Change Line Mass Change form displays
23.74 Click on the Shipping tab
23.75 Navigate to the Shipment Priority field and input High Priority
23.76 Click on the OK button Note displays that Mass Change was completed successfully.
23.77 Click on the OK button Order Organizer form re-displays
23.78 Click on the Open Order button Sales Order form displays

23.80 Click on the Shipping tab
23.81 Navigate to the Shipment Priority field and verify the value for Line 2.1 and Line .1. Shipment Priority for these 2 lines should now be High Priority.
