diff between 11i and 12th version of apps

Hi to all,

Can u send the difference between Oracle Application 11i and R12 with Oracle Financial Application point of view. Not only the terminology difference but also the structural and functional difference.
Hope it will be beneficial for all new comers and experienced persons as well.
