HI,

Some times ur managers(concurrent manager) will down so ur request status is Inactive nomanager.
Do One thing put this command
login in application
and type this command
startmgr sysmgr=apps_schema_owner/password logfile=std.mgr

After put this command wait 10-20 min ur status request will changed.

Inactive and No Manager message comes only if concurrent manager is down. Please check your concurrent manager and start it if it was down.

Try to restart the Concurrent Manager by System Administrator responsibility.

Concurrent > Managers > Administer

Restart the Standard Manager.

Hi,
I don't know when Oracle will be able to solve CCM issues specially on Windows. Sometimes you have to use autoconfig to resolve CCM issues. But first try the above mentioned solutions. Another solution can be to delete CCM request and recreate it.

Thanks
