PROFILES REQUIRED

1. Professional Services Executive (BI)



Profile

* A degree in Computer Science or related field
* A minimum of 3 years at Management Level with accountability for people management, project management, revenue generation
* Experience with managing projects in Oracle EBI, Crystal Reports, Discoverer or any other BI tools would be an added advantage.

This position is part of the management team.



Tasks description

* Monitor and ensure projects are delivered as per budget, on time and meeting customer requirements
* Manage and grow the team of PS Consultants under responsibility
* Perform post project assessments and communicate conclusions to team members and management
* Advise the sales team regarding new opportunities
* Respond to RFP?s and assist in writing proposals for projects
* Act as the voice of the client to ensure their needs are understood and addressed by fellow team members
* Guide and carry out implementations and ensure best practices
* Work with Clients / consultants to understand their goals, resources, and constraints
* Track and assess time and resources needed for each project
* Communicate to clients regarding the state of each project
* Communicate to Management regarding the status of each project

2. Oracle Expert



Profile

* A degree in Computer Science or related fields
* A minimum of 3 years of work experience as an Oracle Database Administrator and on Oracle e-Business Suite including installation, systems tuning, troubleshooting and support
* Experience with Oracle EBI, Crystal Reports, Discoverer or any other BI tools would be an added advantage.



Tasks description

* Gather and analyze requirements of customers
* Understand the Oracle products architecture and able to identify Oracle-based solutions to meet customer specifications
* Develop, implement and validate Oracle related technology solutions in order to deliver business value to our customers
* Train and mentor customers during implementation
* Develop a team of Oracle certified consultants within the organization
* Pre-sales and leads generation

3. Senior BI Consultant



Profile

* A degree in Computer Science or related fields
* A minimum of 3 years of work experience with Oracle EBI, Crystal Reports, Discoverer or any other BI tools
* Excellent communication and analytical skills. Team player.



Tasks description

* Business analysis: user requirements definition, specifications, change request management
* Configure and implement software package according to specifications
* Application Testing and Documentation
* Prepare and provide training to users
* Accountable for own service revenue as well as reporting staffs? service revenue
* Implement and Manage projects through complete project cycle from start to finish, including meetings and status updates
* Risk management
* Pre-sales and leads generation
