What to encourage ??? Copy extracts from other authors without giving the credit to them.....!! Professionals must learn to write on their own instead of solely depending on copying and pasting !
There is nothing wrong in pasting contents from various sources in this website, but the person who does this job, must also inform that this information is taken from this particular website or blog or Author.... !
So that people will explore more in to that resource for further knowledge !
