Communication letters to Employees - Core HR

Hi friends,

Im implementing the Core HR, my requirement is to send the communication Letters like medical check up, Appraisal, Promotion, Hike etc.. to an employee through Core HR.

This functionality is same like requirement letters, but I?m trying to find out the same for employees also..

Really need your suggestions & help on the same.

do u use self service
if yes,
u can make this with SIT
but
if u dont use u have to make alerts
but it will be one way
