OFA: Depreciation run failed

Hi,

Depreciation run failed in the Depreciation Run and Process Pending Transactions requests with the following error:


APP-OFA-48208: Deprn_Status: has the value of E.
APP-OFA-48208: submit : has the value of No.
Depreciation for book INFRAASSETS_BK has failed. Please rerun depreciation.
Relevant Data Collected => DC#1: Process_pending_transactions_log.doc
CAUSE DETERMINATION


Anyhow If i remove the deprn_request_id and mass_request_id from the book and rerun depreciation, it completes successfully, but i want to know the root cause of this error as we are facing the same error every time we run the depreciation.
